I am sure he was a crook on that stock. All 3 are crooks that have been CEO's of QASP. Just two Dean and Jeff are the worse of the 3. They have taken so much from common shareholders of QASP with this P & d scam and given nothing for a company back. When billions have been issued and revenues years later so small we got nothing.
