Hal32...Can't get on the AMEX without books. So as a minimum one thing has to be real...."The Sandy One" has to sign on the Sarbanes - Oxley" dotted line under threat of JAIL... I suspect that is one reason why we don't have the books yet. It marks a time when the BS has higher consequences...
