Hawaii is also listed as a no-ship. If I am not mistaken one of our board members from Hawaii, 'highflyerkona', experienced a similar problem but I believe he overcame this by attending at his nearest HD and placing an order.
I could not locate his original post, but found a follow-up where he re-ordered.
