Nothing more than speculation at this point. There is alot of information about the chill posted on the board if you go back over the last few weeks.

TDAmeritrade is self clearing and from what I gathered places restrictions on many pink sheet stocks. I don't know the story with Apex Clearing.

Many of us have not overlooked the fact the company has continued moving forward (provided a few really nice updates) since the chill occurred.
