In READING todays Filing - Sure looks to me that the Series A and B shareholders want to convert over to common shares while they still have a chance to SALVAGE SOMETHING of thiers. No market for Preferred shares so need to convert to common in order to SELL. So now SAPX will shortly go from now 12.4M O/S to 250M O/S.
If so another 99.9% DROP in PPS before BK.

SAPX IS WORTH LESS THAN ZERO and now on an even FASTER TRACK to BK
