It looks like SIAF might have until the 21st to file due to Hurricane Sandy:

Notice that the extension includes those "other persons with filing obligations", which in this case would include SIAF's SEC attorney based in N.Y.

Anyway, be prepared for an extended deadline on the filing without an NT-10Q being filed with the SEC.
