CBIS Cannabis Science, Inc. (Cannabis Science) is a development-stage company. The Company is in the business of developing pharmaceutical grade medical cannabis (marijuana) products. On August 18, 2010, the Company entered into a license agreement with Rockbrook, Inc. to license its medical cannabis products and delivery methods. Rockbrook is a licensed medical marijuana dispensary. Under the license agreement, Rockbrook will pay license fees to Cannabis Science throughout the course of its operation. In March 2012, the Company acquired The Kaneabis Brand through its parent company Cannabis Consulting Inc. In June 2012, the Company acquired Trimcare Brand, including its full medical clinic operations in Las Vegas, Nevada.
