NO, SCCO attorneys said no comment because IT ISN'T THEIR PLACE to comment on day to day company events. That's what the Investor Relations Department is for. Attorney/client confidentiality FORBIDS the attorneys to comment unless instructed to do so on the companies behalf.

IR said "BASELESS RUMOR" and specifically said they WERE NOT buying SRGE per 2 emails that have been posted. Attempts to discredit them ARE AS BASELESS AS THE RUMOR. lol
