that's been my point for a while now. the last conversion will be the end of the flipper gravy train. no more dips as debt holders seek a lower VWAP for their next conversion. nothing but higher highs and higher lows, as debt is paid, with non-equity financing, and acquisitions start closing.

the swamp will be drained. no wonder the debt holders all want one last tranche.
