In the case of RFMK, we just know yet, but it is a common stinky pinky ploy to say you will, but most often it never does. The CEO stated he only would do long term financing, but the results were very toxic short term stock sales, in fact, I think the restriction were taken off way to premature and it was illegal. It should take 12 months of new issues to "age" prior to making them free trading. This is a non-reporting OTC stock. GL
