Only those that bought most of the IPO shares are in the red. The Chang gang was issued shares, so they aren't holding bags. If they sell for 50 cents they'll make money.
Funny how VGREF simply starting producing pellets, and in a matter of months they have a buyer for those pellets. You would think the "sister company" would try it.
It's also interesting VGREF has revenues via Hobby Lobby, plus the pellet operation. Last year they had around $6MM in revs, as I recall, but has a lower market cap than it's "sister company" by nearly half which has virtually no revenues.
The OTC is all about momo and promo. Just watch!
VGREF will have to hire promoters to create a market for shares. Or they even could try an R/S and go to the Nasdaq or Amex.. They might even meet the minimum requirements now, such as cash on hand, etc.
$1.50 per share is tricky for an OTC stock without publicity.
