hard to say without a filing, but imo there are only two reasons:

1. payment of convertible debt,

2. shares issued in a deal.

the term "deal" is pretty broad:

1. private placement,

2. legal settlement with montecito, etc.

3. shares issued in an acquisition(s) or to an individual(s).


it could also be a combination of the list above. i guess we'll find out soon enough.
