Actually Goldman Wachholz was responsible for Marketing, Promotion and Distribution under the original business plan according to the PR's. It appears Dave has changed that and Wachholz is now out of that role and will only now get 10% royalties under the original consulting agreement and not have any involvement in the day to day decisions of GS610.
Wahholz is claiming the sky will now fall as he is no longer involved, but the question that needs to be raised is if he was doing such a great job, then why would MSEP take him out of that role. Obviously there is more to it than Wachholz is stating and since it appears MSEP is filing legal action against him, there should be some sort of 8-k coming out in the near future to discuss the situation.
My take on it is that Wachholz gets his royalties no matter what, so he doesn't care about the SP, so he is airing all of this on these message boards.
