I did hear his comments.

My posting is questioning the logic for folks to sit content and allow these needs to be addressed whenever it happens: when the NEED for both trumps all other actions by BBDA if the desire is to see a steady climb with the PPS.

A racing announcement this weekend is insignificant. That event satisfies one person in my view. It does very little for the PPS. Sure, some will argue that it is another day of advertising. I would counter that the money spent would be far better used if it were set aside (air marked) for audited financials or the buy-back. Those two needs WILL make a big difference. That is money well spent. It is a matter of priorities, and this race weekend announcement (driver specific!) leaves me feeling that BBDA needs some fine tuning - and not by the pit crew!
