Couple of questions for you.

If you had five years into getting GS610 up and running and had all of these distributors lined up so interested in the product, then why would you enter into the type of consulting agreement you did with MSEP?

Doesn't seem logical to me? MSEP must have brought something to the table that caught your interest or why enter into such an agreement when things were going so well for you on your own?

I am not hearing you say in the message below that you broke off your relationship with MSEP, rather it appears based upon what you wrote below that they broke off the relationship with you as far as marketing, promotion and distribution. Why would they do that if all of these distributors you mention were lining up to buy product? Why cut off the hand that is feeding you?

Just seems like there is more to this than is written below, IMO.
