[OT]—Craig Wheeler needs to take a remedial course in English. In addition to the mistake I cited in #msg-81296814 (using the word criteria as a singular), Wheeler does not understand the difference between appraised and apprised, as can be seen from his closing comments on the 3Q12 CC. This was not a slip of the tongue insofar as he makes the mistake on a regular basis.
