For those that just follow charts, I have been deeply involved doing DD on MVTG. Got in 3 years ago when 3M tried to buy the company!!! The technology they have now has two world wide issued patents (just issued this year, ISSUED not applied for not pending BS!!!). The first one is ERC, an electrochemcial reactor that combines CO2 and water to make formic acid at a lower cost than current methods. Formic acid has a $1 billion dollar market.

The second is a totally new generation of fuel cell that runs on formic acid, and costs less to run, operate and build!!!!

The inventor is a well known, professor in Canada with a 40 year track record of patents and IP in the sector.

Extremely low OS and AS, under 10 million dollar market cap, plenty of cash in the bank, very low float, 47 million shares, and a screaming buy. They have JV agreements with several international billion dollar companies, including a pilot plant agreement with the Giant Cement company LaFarge!!!

This one is a rare, one in a million buy and hold!!!

Especially now that climate change is back on the radar thanks to Sandy!!!
