The review cycle is generally around 30 days... so the S1 was filed, then the SEC came back for some clarification approx 30 days later. Then the amendment was made (S1/A) a few days later... so we will either see another S1/A around 30 days from the last one or and EFFECT notice, signalling the effective registration of the private placement shares. This should signify the end of the quiet period.

However, we should see the 10Q on or around the 15th of November, and presumably a press release with highlights once the quiet period restrictions are finished.
