i mean he is pulling his ask offer back up to higher levels,
because he see he can sell higher too, he has no reason
to come spoon feed peeps who are sitting under the bid;
buyers will soon pay more to get this gem.

So if you're already filled with SNLS, it seems like a good opportunity to add some more before it runs through 1 & 2 cents
on its way up to over 5 cents.
