zeev, equity p/c and trin are approaching general area's for a bottom, BUT tick, new lows, vix/vxn, rydex funds, volume and other measurements of sentiment still show relative complacency/disbelief. only conclusion to draw at this point is, while there may be periodic counter rallys, this mkt. is no where near a good bottom.
