Have to disagree here. I think Admin does a damn fine job policing this site considering the number of wackos who post here. I think in many cases they have to use their own judgment, and that can be the equivalent of a referee making an unpopular call -- some will disagree, but the ref has the last word. You want to see a site where Admin does a poor job, go to Raging Bull or the Yahoo! messageboards. A few minutes at those sites and one gets a new appreciation for the enormity of the job our Admins face to keep this site clean, readable, and enjoyable for those of us here who aren't wackos.
