Although I understand your strategy and it would work, but it still requires him to dump the shares, and for some reason he seems reluctant to do so at this point. Not sure what he is waiting on at this point, this has become illiquid as predicted, barely churning 2 million shares daily. If he waits any longer that 20ma on volume is going to retrace completely, restricting the amount of shares that can be dumped daily.
