he had 60M + 90M he got from this deal. The man sold a good chunk of the 60M to pay for maintaining the shell and cleaning it up. I was told he has not sold any of the 90M, and that he has not been paid for shell. Don't know about you, but after 5 years, that does not sound like like a sweet deal to me.

If it was Jeff Berkowitz's intention to f--k us, he had 5 years to dilute and R/S the shell to chit, but the fact is he did not.
