Anyone would hope LDN would be a miracle cure.

I certainly do. But there is a big difference between anecdotal evidence and clinical trials. The issue with LDN is that there have been no credible published clinical trials that show clear efficacy with statistical significance. (And no, those single blind tests in Africa with marginal results would never get anywhere with the FDA) Maybe there will be in the future. But since it has been used for AIDS treatment for 30 years, it looks unlikely.

But, any doctor can prescribe LDN. There are several compounding pharmacies that will break up the larger doses into the low dose version. It is cheap and safe. If I had AIDS, or one of these other terrible diseases, I would give it a try.

But that also brings up the issue of how a company can make money at this. This is really the job of the NIH or some non-profit to raise money and conduct trials. Since it is already a generic and cheap there isn't enough profit in it for a private company to pay for all the trials necessary to get FDA approval for other applications. The only real profit opportunity is that TNIB seems to be doing, which is use the hype for a pump and dump. I assume they are marketing this stock to potential users of LDN. Desperate people are unfortunately easy targets for scams like this.
