Focus on the fact that when the CEO is questioned with real issues facing the company he is foucsed on telling the person asking the question that they are wrong. Yet that is his only response and he has no answers for the board.

Focus on the insane amount of dilution. Yet the CEO wants to confuse the issue with conjecture and lies.

Focus on the unbelieveable post stating the company will join the NASDAQ yet does not understand the requirements for that uplisting. Moreover, denies he said it.

Focus on the pathetic programming.

Focus on the TA is gagged.

Focus on the non-existant revenues.

Focus on tables, chairs and computers are the only company assetts.

Focus on the BS PR's that promise the world and deliver nothing.

Focus on the CEO coming on several message boards. Only to tell people he loves there positive attitude or thank you.

Focus on the fact that this is a share seling operation. Nothing more.
