I laugh when I real skeptics talking about a lack of innovation under Cook. Apple has had its highest revenue and earnings quarter, ever, under Tim Cook, not Steve Jobs.

Every new version of their device sells out in a matter of days, and for most of them, people stand in line for days all over the world, waiting for the doors to open.

Their new Iphone (the one that Android fanbois claim shows no innovation) is the fastest selling electronic device of all time, selling faster then the previous fastest selling electronic device ever, which was the IPhone 4S.

If Apple is showing no innovation, why are people still in such frenzy to buy their new devices, and why does Samsung copy every feature of each new Apple device to try to fool the naive into buying their devices?

And, as far as lawsuits go, Apple does very well with them. The new anti-trust recommendation by the FTC staff will be a major blow to Google and its Android operating system. And, if you know how these AT trial work, once they bring one against a company, the FTC lawyers are all over that company, investigating everything about them, and ready to bring more AT actions to justify the FTC's existence and their jobs.

The earnings announced in less than 3 months will be al time records for Apple revenue and earnings, and China just approved the Iphone operating on all their networks, which will greatly increase Iphone sales. China Mobile has more than 3 times the number of subscribers as the entire U.S. population.

If you have been in Apple for more than a few months, you would not be worried, this happens regularly with Apple, and it always recovers to new highs as the manipulators jump on board at the bottom to ride it up to new highs.

It is a bit disconcerting that the biggest company in the world can be so easily manipulated, especially around weekly options, but I realize that just proves how dirty our markets are, how complicit the SEC is to the big, short hedge funds, and I look at Apple in the mid term view to longer as the best company to own.
