you're looking in the rear view mirror. that's volk's doing. even the last split was because of all the debt volk piled on. he's OUT now. GONE. and a very competent CEO named tony mason took his place. volk was ALMOST removed from the BOD in the last proxy vote. nobody likes him. imo volk will be gone soon, as a director, too. so... that's why it's a good idea to look at what's happening with a company, not the ancient history.
