I don't know of any CEO or Chairman that honestly cares about shareholders. We are a necessary evil for them. Dr S obviously saw an opportunity to increase his wealth significantly and jumped on the opportunity.
You say you ask me questions and I don't answer or provide the quote or post you gave. I honestly don't have to the resources you have and the computer skills to search for them. Everyone here knows what you have said in the past and the way you belittle those who work for VSPC. Karl is Carl and (B)S are derogatory in nature and meant to show your contempt. You stop short of calling the company so you can't be prosecuted. You are good at what you do but your motives are nothing but bad.
Please move on to other posters as you not part of a solution but definitely part of the problem.
