PELE's financial statements have now been consolidated into SMDI's financial statements

PELE is a 95% owned subsidiary of SMDI

having two boards on the IHUB website has absolutely and completely no consequence on whether PELE and SMDI are being managed together and report their financials together...

They are nothing more than Shareholders until we see one Company, one Symbol, one Board and one group of Shareholders. IMO. I continue to believe there is value ProElite and it's product and I cannot speak of or for Stratus.
