I omitted it because there is no way anyone can know what the true value of Novel is at this point. Saying it is worth more than booked value over and over again does not make it so. Also, total assets in the context of working capital or current ratio is meaningless. Accountants use these numbers to determine the near term ability of the company to pay it's debts and to imply otherwise is misleading.
