VSPC lost their (framed) arts division in foreclosure, they didn't shed it, as you erroneously posted.

3 revenues increasing to further future growth

Revenues have doubled this quarter from last and this should be the same the next four quarters. the reason why the revenues will double is this year they are rolling out new farm facility contracts in California for a biomass plat to grow King Grass and adding new contracts around the world. They have also shed there less productive arts division now and will be focused mainly on the Biomass market of King grass.

It was the framed art revenues that doubled. In fact in 4 years they have managed to sell about $25K worth of grass after projecting $20MM in 2009 and 2010. They were going to initially sell it as feed, but the hogs didn't want it!

If you see any increase for Q3 it will be framed art, not GKG. The only reason you might see an increase is because the separation occurred at the end of the quarter.
