Because they're smart. This stock is absolutely NOT a good investment. Check out their website. The companies they are "holding" are in worse financial shape than energy edge. The African initiative mentions nothing about making any money. The only company worth anything is Trillacorpe and that so called merger looks like a big bust so people are selling.
