God idws that is what happens in my previous experience with dividend stocks.Took a small position at .49 earlier just to see how it plays out.It is interesting.I waited to buy until I knew I would be eligible for the divy.Response:That is correct.
So what you are saying is the x dividend date will be forward looking from
