Have you looked at the responsibilities of FINRA; the what's, why's, how's? The disciplinary actions? I repeat, nothing to do with the OTC? Read. BTW, have you never seen NITE on L2?

I didn't come here to argue. I came hoping to better understand the actions of the DTC and related issues, including the activity [that] takes place behind the wall of ownership that is designated as Cede & Co. and [why] neither the company nor the transfer agent has any access to the underlying information (Post 972).
