FFGO - After the liquidating dividend is paid in Cash, I plan on hiring a lawyer and requesting my electronic markers in cert form.

If there are no shorts, then my broker should easily be able to work with the TA, for a fee, and provide me with my shares in physical form.

The recent ruling in California, against ETrade should play nicely into the process.
