Multiple that number by two. Lisa Bershan and Barry Schwartz are married to each other, and the salaries are the same. They have trouble paying CPA firms, vendors, and the IRS/States for "employee" payroll taxes (but not themselves). Imagine that, they pay themselves but not the IRS for their OWN payroll taxes. There are TWO members of the board of directors (Barry & Lisa). Per the 12/31/11 Form 10-K there are TWO employees (Barry & Lisa). I see a SEVERE conflict of interest, and naturally the little guy (shareholder) will probably be left holding the bag. All of the above is my opinion.........
