I do not see 4 seperate days of .014-.0145 in a month period as a paint job. And it was a bit more than a couple hundred shares. 
As far as your "facts" I dont think you know anything more as a fact than you did when the PPS was at .015. As it stands now nothing has changed since the sep target date was given.
