what I don't get is how u would talk about ur guess as fact....if they won this en-banc

I didnt say it was fact, but even the dissenting judge stated that WPI/Ampha were refusing to give MNTA a royalty. So I think the approved generics will stay generics, and just maybe you guys will get a royalty.

Not to mention the sublte shift in MNTA strategy towards biotech. Oddly enough, when that becomes crytal clear, it might be the same day that the RMF disappears from the BV board. Not fact either, but Good luck.
