first of all,

1- In order to service the increase in subs rom the cc deal, gzfx will need more then 4 distributions centers that they currently have.

I believe that they have more now, but did not issue a pr yet.
The new distribution centers need several weeks to get up and running correctly.(even tho JF says 24 hours to get them going)

I asked John a few weeks ago regarding the HI distribution center and why would you need one there. His answer was we will not be doing one in HI , but we have another angle instead of hI.

Cal. is one state that is far enough west to replace a Hi dc center. (That brings up gamerange)a dc center in ca?

Pilot cc stores located in upstate NY and Boston mass has the majority of them. NJ could service Boston its only 3 to 4 hours away.(gamerange)

Pa could service upstate NY (we have one there)

2- Increased traffic that will happen from the cc deal but also the broad and taylor deal.

I believe strongly that arca sold for gzfx 2 million dollars worth of options from insiders in order to improve the servers and website. the 2 million and gg financing of 1.33 will give them the monies to get their act together and perhaps buy out another small company (maybe gamerange)

The buyout of or merger of two businesses sometimes drags on for many months until both parties agree to the terms.

I believe the cc deal worked in favor of gzfx on both terms and also in closing the deal.
