I see no reason that approvals will come before or at patent expiration, 2015.

This seems like a very silly statement, unless you mean final approval.. And besides, MNTAs execs need approval by early 2015 in order to cash in on those options :P

I don't know why you'd think Mylan would get approval for their knock off. Amphastar only got approval by using MNTAs patents and was able to sell through a bastardized interpretaton of Safe Harbor.. Notice TEVA is still not in the game.
