America is not England. Dew and [PGS] are unwisely extrapolating from a country that is far, far different in its cultural/political/ideological configurations than the United States.

We’re observing, not extrapolating. Most of the world is moving toward a drug-pricing model that is conceptually similar to the one in the UK—or is using such a pricing model already.
