iwfal have you changed your opinion ?

i remember reading somewhere not very long along where you opined that mnta might have a hard time winning in court or that mnta ip are hard to enforce in court or something to that matter.

so if the proposition of winning against ampha/wpi is rather dicey as i thought you believed, how in the world is mnta to get any royalty ?

Not sure anyone should care whether it is $1B now (WAG) and 20% royalty on 1/4 of the market in 3 years or $1.3B now and 2% royalty on 1/4 of market in 4.5 years
