I am glad ERHC has a plan B now. But that plan should have been in effect YEARS ago. The delays have had nothing to do with trying to get rid of ERHC. First they couldn't get a rig and then they didn't find any oil. Aren't you tired of these conspiracy theories and excuses? I know I am.
