With regard to "excessive" management changes: Martindale was moved to ICE, Steenburg fell ill, and CXO had to be removed. This evidently occured over about a four year period and it doesn't seem "excessive" to Jim in light of these facts.
MY COMMENT: One can certainly question the vetting process re CXO. I wasn't there. Possibly they were misled by people they trusted, possibly the prosess was faulty. You be the judge.
