How is it that a comapany and its CEO whcih is being sued and prosecuted for bank fraud is able to continue to remian in his current position and expect other companies to willingly do business with them? Makes no sense to me. The future damages comming ben and Ifinix's way will bankrupt tham both. How is Ben going to run company from jail. The shareholders should revolt and force Ban out ASAP otherwise this company is over.
