What fantasy did you get May? No Louie you are wrong. The s1 specifically states if the s1 is approved by the end if Oct 2012 it will complete a finance deal and extra bvig shares will NOT be paid to that investor. Looks like that investor got his 74m shares of katx kast week. I think something big is coming too.
