BCAR might not be kicking high but they are still kicking. I think they are worth checking on from time to time.

Agreed. What I find amazing, and yet puzzling at the same time, is the patience the Regualtors have shown not to get heavy handed...and not just with this bank but with several small banks in simular situations.

BCAR is steadily getting financially healthier...could that perhaps be the reason Regulators remain at bay?? I hope so and I hope they continue to be patient...this bank is working hard to right the ship and I'd like to see them succeed.

I'm sure it has been some tense months for the BoD & Management...and they're not out of this yet.
