Because if a, b and c were true it wouldn't be TWO cents or FIFTEEN cents now would it. Hopefully IBCL's product can prove its efficacy against anthrax which I thought was a given and IBCL was just awaiting a contract or some sales then we say goodbye to pennies forever.
