(2) Agilyx 144 ton a day plant capital cost -- $43.7 million minimum <~~slide 7
JBII 144 ton a day plant capital cost -- $8.5 million max

(4) Agilyx sells machines "near cost" and a "lease to own" option where Agilyx has to front the capital cost for the "customer"
http://www.flexpack.org/PDFs/Publications/Resource_Recovery_Alternatives_to_Landfill_Pilot_Program.pdf
(5) Agilyx 5 full time employees per shift for less than 1 ton input an hour (1760 lbs/hour)
http://www.waste-to-fuels.com/proceedings/2011/content/pdf/Feucht_L.pdf
(6) Agilyx makes neither fuel nor oil -- but their own permit says "a gel-like substance" that "must be heated to 130° – 150 F to effectively transfer it"

(7) Agilyx needs oil at $80/barrel just to be "competitive" (aka break-even?) leaving very little return on investment to even cover SG&A costs. NOT VIABLE.
(8) Agilyx's requires natural gas to run their systems as their off-gas is so toxic the employees require GAS MASKS while working and Agilyx themselves admit they produce toxic gas. Watch the video.
(9) "The finished product is the consistency of peanut butter." ~~Agilyx's own words in their presentation
( LOL -- and we thought "gel-like substance" as described in their permit was bad. Wow....just wow )
