just re-read the hnws q,
what i see is a company with no money aquiring a company with some sales people...maybe after some DD. NOVA is going to pay IBCL- stock and 500k in money they don't have and will sign a note on the difference of the money they are going to raise up to the 500k they don't yet have but are trying to get financing for. I see that mr moses owns 10% of NOVA, I don't see what percentage the corporation that owns the trust for his children own. I don't know who the other shareholders in the privately held corporation are- (i wonder if ms.Allred owns any NOVA?)
I see that NOVA will get post split unissued shares of hnws.
Will ms. Allred form a corporation to hold a trust for her children in the near future?
I really liked it alot better when all i knew was that a company called IBCL had a product that could kill anthrax without killing everything else and i could buy into it thinking what a great investment opportunity because the upside was tremendous.
I have watched people who got onboard at the same time i did now posting what seems desperation posts. I feel very badly for those longs that have hung in so long hoping. I have learned the hard way that hope and stocks don't go together.
My uneducated opinion is that MR. MOSES needs to find another job. The key people split ways and nobody will win.
The changing of the wording in the Q about "a corp owning the trust" was the last straw. that is a COVER YOUR ASS tactic and also in my uneducated opinion, honest people don't need to do.
" Contemporaneously (did GWB make that up?) with the closing of the of the Agreement and Plan of
Reorganization and Stock Purchase Agreement, the Company will transfer
all of its assets related to its current business and operations to its
current president, Sharon Allred, in exchange for her assumption of the
liabilities related to these assets."
by the way, i am now a long on both of these stocks and it is not by choice, so i wish the best for all especially me!
